We work to keep yacht details, photos, prices and availability accurate, but they may change without notice. Prices shown are indicative and usually exclude extras such as fuel, food and drink, port fees, taxes and crew gratuities. A yacht is only reserved for you once you have signed a booking agreement and paid the required deposit.
Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. Charter, purchase, sale and event services are provided under a separate written agreement, which sets out the price, payment schedule and specific conditions. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Payment amounts and deadlines are stated in your booking agreement. Cancellation and refund rules are explained in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We and the captain may refuse boarding, or end a trip early without refund, if guests put safety, the yacht or others at risk.
Water activities and travel at sea carry natural risks. Itineraries may change because of weather, sea conditions or safety concerns. Guests take part in activities at their own risk, and we recommend that you arrange suitable travel and personal insurance for your trip.
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
All content on this website, including the logo, text, photos, graphics and design, belongs to Blue Lagoon Yachts or its partners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not copy, share or use them commercially without our permission.
